I am completely terrifed of cameras, which is why my mam only has a few pictures of me, none of which are on her computer, so the picture above is not actually me but someone who looks quite a lot like me!

How I came to be in the care of my owner
In 2001, Lucy's dad was walking past a little shop which was holding animal adoptions. All the other animals were getting attention but Sasha. Dad decided to bring her home. Sasha was a victim of neglect and abuse; she was born in a crackhouse, had lived through a fire, and had been abused her entire life. The shelter which owned Sasha had her for about two years and said no one wanted her so they were going to euthanise her. When Lucy's dad brought her home, she only weighed 30 pounds and her bones were visible. Today, Sasha lives at Lucy's house with her cat and other dog, very happy. She likes simple things and is very shy around strangers, but she is the sweetest dog in the world. She is now a healthy 140 pounds and has a wee bit of a big belly. She is the happiest dog you will ever meet and certainly the sweetest!
