What I Like to Eat
Iam's Indoor Weight & Hairball Care mixed with Purina Cat Chow Indoor Formula. I like catnip a lot, to! What I love, though, is to get a special treat my shorter person calls "tuna!"
What I like to do
I like to play with my toys, chase beams from flashlights, etc.. I love my soft toys the best, like the soft blue fish on the end of a stretchy string... I like playing with the blue stick it's attached to, to! I also like being brushed!
I like to lay on a cushion (on my own chair!) in the computer room, between my two people. They KNOW Iam the queen in this house! I also have my own pillow on each bed, but usually sleep by one of my people instead!
Where we'd go if I got to choose the destination of our next vacation
I don't like cars or the outdoors: they scare me... I'm happy to be at home...
How I came to be in the care of my owner
My last owner was... not very nice when he was drinking, and he drank... a lot... and often. He didn't treat people very well, either. He treated my current owner really bad, and she got a restraining order put on him the day before the landlord served him a 5-day eviction notice. He gave the other cat back to his former owner, but deserted me. When my current owner went with the building manager to check on me, there were newspapers all over the floor of the whole apartment and lots of broken glass and stuff. I was cowering behind a chair in the living room. She couldn't find a food or water dish for me, and no litter box, either, so she brought me to her apartment right away even though she's allergic. The manager gave her a can of cat food for me so I could eat before she went to the store.
I'm happy here! My people play with me, snuggle me, brush me, talk to me, and make sure I ALWAYS have food and water - AND they clean my litter box right away when I tell them I used it!!! I meow and purr and can usually go wherever I want to here. I used to stay very quiet and hide a lot at the other place...
