How I came to be in the care of my owner
My boyfriend and I were helping some friends of his boss renovate a convalescent home in 2005, and she had been given to these people and was hanging out at the facility while we were renovating it. She was supposed to be the resident cat for the nursing home, but the owners asked if we wanted her. As soon as she walked into the room and rubbed up against the door frame I knew she was my cat and I was her human. We do have a special bond, and I've never been so attached to a cat before. She's a stubborn, intelligent, friendly, lovable, crazy cat. P.S. She's a tortoiseshell, but they didn't have that option on the list - black and orange.
