How I came to be in the care of my owner
I was owned by a family that had 3 kids ages 3 1/2 and up. The mom had me leashed to the deck 24-7. My neighbor worked with my current mom and knew she was looking for a Jack Russell. Without batting an eye my mom said she'd take me. When she showed up to meet me, nobody mentioned I was an Australian Jack Russell (like Eddie from "Frasier") and my coat was not well taken care of. I had sporadic long hairs all over my body. My mom knew, regardless of what I looked like, that she had to save me. So now, I get bathed regularly and haircuts every couple of months. I could be on TV too!
