What I Like to Eat
Greenies and treats mostly (they won't let me have caviar and pate, which is what I truly and deserve).
What I like to do
Lay on the floor and have my belly rubbed, act aloof (I AM Queen of the Beagadors, you know!), wear my pearls, and make big sad eyes so that everyone pays attention to me - or, if that doesn't work, then give them "the paw."
Where we'd go if I got to choose the destination of our next vacation
Someplace without storms, where my every need would be catered to and my belly would be rubbed all day long.
I was found wandering around outside during Hurricane Isabel in 2003, and though I don't remember exactly what happened (must be amnesia), I've been afraid of bad weather ever since.
All I know is I deserve to be pampered and adored after all I've been through!
How I came to be in the care of my owner
I allowed Caroline's family to adopt me in 2004 from a Labrador Rescue in Northern Virginia. They had lost a dog the year before, and so I took pity on them and submitted to coming to live with them. They love me very much, and even though Caroline no longer lives with us while she's in school, I know she misses me a lot, and still considers me her own.
