What I Like to Eat
I like my dry cat food. Mom will give us canned cat food as a treat. I'll eat lettuce and carrots, sometimes I'll try other stuff. I don't like meat, my older sister Sweet Pea will eat any kind of meat Mom is willing to give her. My younger sister Pistachio is the pickiest of all three of us.
What I like to do
I love to play and to sleep and to eat and to run and to play. Did I mention that I love to play? I try my Mom's patience sometimes because I'll try to get out when she opens the door.
Where we'd go if I got to choose the destination of our next vacation
Anyplace that has ropes and feathers and toys and catnip. Oh yea, it has to be a place where I can see the outside from the inside though because I'm an indoor cat.
How I came to be in the care of my owner
My mom came to PetSmart to get some cat food and litter for Sweet Pea. Myanimal rescue center was at the store that day and I was the last of a litter of three that had been dropped off. For some reason no one else would take me even though all of my brothers and sisters left one by one. There were a lot of other kittens there that day too. Mom and I connected and here I am. 10 months after Mom adopted me though there was a house fire. As Mom tells it the firefighter was doing cardiac massage when she carried me out of the house. She put me on the back of the firetruck and put a tiny oxygen mask on me. When I came back around I wasn't quite my old self. You see, even though I'm going to be six years old this year, I've never completely matured past the kitten stage. I CAN use a litter box and I am happy. As Mom says, that's all that matters to her.
