What I Like to Eat
When I was young, I thought I liked crickets, but not so much! Now I eat Premium Reptile Sticks, or any treats my mom likes to randomly buy on her shopping trips. 
What I like to do
Relax in a sunbeam, chill on my floating rock in my basking light, listen to my mom's voice, walk outside in the yard on a warm day, sleep near my heater on cold nights. Oh, and I like music and tv, too!
Where we'd go if I got to choose the destination of our next vacation
It's not fun traveling on long trips w/my mom & dad in my travel tank. Frankly it sucks. I get car/sea sick. And my sisters (2 cats) never stop whining when we go on family trips. So I guess I'd just like to take a trip in the wading pool on an 80 degree day!
How I came to be in the care of my owner
12 years ago, when I was 3 years old, my mom and I were united on her 19th birthday. We were meant to be together! I am her favorite painted turtle ever. I've been to college with her, moved 800 miles away and back when she started her career, and am very well traveled for a turtle! I even get along with my 2 cat twin sisters, and they enjoy hanging out with me when I walk around the house when my tank condo is being cleaned. I have a great life!
