What I Like to Eat
What have you got? I love cat food but I've been told not to eat it cause it's not good for me. I recently got some Castor & Pollux Peanut Butter flavored dog cookies for Christmas- they were good. Oh and I like German beers! Andrew shares his with me.
What I like to do
Everything! I love to ride in the car. I love to sit by the fire. I like just hanging out with my human companions or with my cat friends (even though the cat's don't like me much now that I'm big).
Oh and I LOVE barking with my loud voice.
Where we'd go if I got to choose the destination of our next vacation
Anywhere we can get to by car. Man I love riding in the car! Car rides are great! Maybe Las Vegas on a road trip - I think there are lots of people to bark at there. Lots of drunk people. I like to bark at drunk people, it's really funny cause I look like a police dog so they pee their pants.
How I came to be in the care of my owner
Wackdoodle found my on petfinder.com. I was at the Modesto SPCA. She adopted me for her nephews who dad's dog Ingrid was about to die. Wackdoodle knew that Andrew and Jeff would be heartbroken to not have a dog for the first time ever in their lives especially after their dad had died. Then while she was at work surfing the net, she saw me. She called the SPCA and drove out to Modesto and got me then drove me straight to Southern California where I were immediately became the baby of a huge animal family. There was Ingrid who was my foster mama. She was a yellow lab who was over 15 years old. Then there were the cats: Athena, Lyra, Miranda and eventually Daphne (who's Ursula and Chloe's baby sister). We all sleep inside inside a huge 3,500 square foot house where we pretty much run things. Well...actually where Athena run things. It's a great family. Ingrid died about 3 years ago but it's ok because she's was really old.
I've got an annoying cousin who lives about a mile away named Suey, she's a pit bull or pit-a-ful bull (as we call her) and I play with her sometimes. But she's so needy and hyper that she gets on my nerves. I don't much like the other dogs in my neighborhood because they always pee in my front yard but if their respectful then we're cool. I live near the beach but I hate the ocean. And Children under the age of 3 and small dogs scare me. Really they scare me...I've peed on myself cause those little creatures are freaky and sneaky.
And in case you're wondering I wasn't named after the shoes! My new mom has a thing for Greek mythology so we have Athena (the queen cat), the goddess of War, and I am Nike, the goddess of Victory, who flies along behind Athena crowning her after each victory. Thank you very much.
