How I came to be in the care of my owner

I hail from a small town in upstate New York called Brewster. I came home via the Metro-North Railroad and the stop where my breeder lived was not the "Brewster" stop, but instead the stop "Brewster North" (which she reminded my Mama five times on the phone). I wonder how I got my name?!

Can I ask what it is about this puppy that made you go through all that trouble to get him? I mean, it probably would have been easier, and just as happy, to go down to the shelter for a dog, right? I'm just curious, he IS cute though.
